| Setup
for new clients is FREE when done in our office, and includes the
setup of the Dial-Up Networking connection, the setup of your e-mail address(es)
on any mail client you currently have on your computer, and updates to
your browser(s), if necessary |

Re-installation
of the dial-up networking connection or other Internet applications for
existing clients is done in office, and costs $10.00 per incident.
|
|
If
you would like to setup your computer for yourself, all we require is a
registration form to be filled out, and to have at least the first month’s
payment to be made.Due to our billing cycle running from the 1st of each
month, new clients will have their first month’s bill prorated.
|
| Although
payments are due on the 1st (first) of the month, although we do provide
a 9 (nine) day grace period for our clients to get their payments in to
us.After the 10th (tenth) of the month account dis-connections for non-payment
are made. Once an account is disconnected, clients (regardless of their
tenure with us) are subject to a $5.00 reconnect fee in addition to the
regular subscription cost in order to re-establish service to their account.
Note:
If you know you’re going to be late with a payment, let us know prior to
the 10th (tenth) of the month via phone call or e-mail when you will be
in to pay the balance, and we can avoid your account being disconnected
and the unpleasant reconnect fee. |
