Customer Policies    • Reservations are suggested in all cases.  The weekends during July and August reservations are a must.  To reserve canoes or kayaks we require 50% down or a credit card number.  The reservations must be paid in full 15 days prior to your trip date.  Be sure to only reserve what you need as we have a no refund policie.  The only exception is high water, then a credit is issued to be used 12 months from issue.
    • Water craft must be off the water by 7pm daily. Additional $10.00 per boat will apply if late.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service.
    • If you arrive late for your scheduled trip we will reschedule you as soon as our schedule allows
    • DO NOT BE LATE!!!
    • Opperating a water craft while intoxicated is illegal. Please drink responsibly!
    • No excessive amounts of alcohol ( kegs, etc... )
    • No glass or Styrofoam please.
    • Michigan law requires that children 6yrs old and under wear a life jacket.
    • Respect the river, other paddler's, fisherman, and private land owners using the river.
